How long does my order take to ship?

Ready to Ship pieces are sent out 1-2 business days after your purchase has been made. Made to Order pieces can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to process and ship. Please refer to the original listing description for exact processing times on Made to Order pieces.

Please note, for Domestic & International orders, USPS is taking much longer than usual to ship items due to the ongoing nature of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Heavy Ritual does not have any control over the current mail delivery times. Once your package is dropped off at the Post Office, Heavy Ritual is no longer in control of your package. This means that Heavy Ritual is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages caused by the Postal Carrier. No refunds will given for lost or stolen packages.

Domestic shipping includes Tracking & Insurance, delivery usually takes 2-10 business days. International shipping includes Tracking & Insurance, delivery is different for each Country but usually takes around 2- 10 weeks.

Do you offer International shipping? 

Heavy Ritual does offer International Shipping. If you do not see your Country on the shipping list, send me and email and I will add it.

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Heavy Ritual has no control over International ship costs and times. Please understand that if you buy from out of the United States of America, you are agreeing to pay Custom Fees upon delivery to your County. Custom Fees are not included in the Shipping fee. Heavy Ritual is not to be held accountable for your Country’s tax or mailing laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that the importing and exporting requirements of your Country are met, failure to do so may result in the seizure of your package.

As stated above, once your package is dropped off at the Post Office, Heavy Ritual is no longer in control of your package. This means that Heavy Ritual is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages caused by the Postal Carrier. No refunds will be given for lost or stolen packages.

What is your return policy? 

Heavy Ritual does not accept returns, exchanges or cancelations. however if you are unhappy with your order, please contact me.
